- Nov. 8~9 TempleStay Review(2014-11-10)
Kimanh, 21, Femail, U.S.A
I'm came to this temple stay on behalf of my parents who are Buddhists(in America) and as escape away from our fast paced society. Being here and immersing myself in a temple stay in Korea in comparison to the one I've visted in america was extremely different. My ethnicity is Vietnamese so it was refreshing take on temple life in comparison to the Vietnamese temple. I gained so much insight about myself, my relationships, and how were all interconnected. I fell like I've been given a gentle slap on the cheek I am in control of my own happiness and I Will not let stress of school, family work society and homes me hold me down. Loved it.
Nea, 22, Femail, Filand
All the virtue, meditations, bows made me realize I have been living too busy life, been too hard on myself and not given time for myself just to relax and take a deep breath. I didn't even realize how much I needed to experience this temple stay until I came here.
Katinka, 23, Femail, Norway
It has been a wonderful time, I think one of the best things was to meet new people and that we all went to templestay with the goal to relax, learn and be happy. I found everybody very supporting, and so nice that there always was helping and explaining if I didn't understand something.
Thomas, 25, mail, Norway

I enjoyed many new experience...3am chanting ceremony, tea ceremony, direct communication with sunim. Gave me a good perspective of how monks live, think as well as teaching from Buddhism that anyone can follow.

- Oct. 25~26 2014 TempleStay Review(2014-10-26)
Kevin Horan, male, 22s, U.S.A
I am happy I did this templestay, it not only allowed me a great opportunity to see the beautiful temple and landscape in the fall, but let me explore monastic practices and Korean Buddhism more. I have studied all different kinds of Buddhism except Korean, but I find it unique and fascinating. I would have liked to have had more interesting experiences or experience more of the monks activities rather than many of the group activities, however these group activities were beneficial.
Theresa Lindnor, female, 23s, Germany

It was my first time doing a temple stay and I had no expectations but it was a great and such an interesting experience. I learned so much about Buddhism and about myself. It was refreshing to participate in the programs like the 108 bows that I have never experienced before.
