It's a big day of "Kimchi" making.
As everybody know that "Kimchi" is the traditional & essential side dish for every meal in Korea, so we make huge amount of it for one year feeding on a couple of days before winter comes.
It's a sort of special ceremony one time an year.
This time.. we made it for 3 days and had it over 3,000 napa cabbages thanks to a lot of people came to offer their hands for help.
