DAH-BAHN-SAH Meditation

DAH-BAHN-SAH Meditation

Dah-Bahn-sah, one of the Buddhist terms, is to drink and eat. It means ordinary things to do in your daily life.

You'll learn the new flavor and aroma of the tea blended with various ingredients. You hear the sound of the boiling water, smell the tea, see the color, feel the warmth of the tea with you holding the cup and finally taste it. In this easy and joyful way, you’ll realize that every moment of your daily life is the time when you concentrate on your true self.
