Program Information

“Be a true hero!”

There are things you can see when you step back.
That's how we feel.

If you're tired of your repetitive routine
and looking for an answer to a problem,
It's also a good idea to take your time away from your daily life.

Take a deep breath, take a slow walk,
You will meet the original peace and wisdom within yourself.

Discover the true hero in you.

- Temple tour
We learn the meaning of architecture and Buddhist consciousness that we meet inside the temple.

- 108 prostrations
A prostration practice helps us to keep a humble mind, and look back our actions, words and intentions. It also helps us to concentrate on the “here and now.”

- Traditional tea ceremony
You can see the calmness of your mind while looking at the tea in the teacup and feeling the warmth of the tea.

- Yebul, chanting ceremony
The Buddhist ceremony called Yebul is offered to pay homage to all Buddhas and Bodhisatvas, and also practiced to cultivate ourselves.

- Meditation
Meditation means to turn our mind inward and pacify it. We can develop calm and concentrated mind, and insight through meditation.

- Tea conversation
It's time to drink tea with a monk, learn Buddhist culture, and ask the way of life.

- Walking meditation
While walking, we only concentrate on walking, and feel the time of the slow flow in the middle of the busy city.

- Flower mandala
After making mandala with petals one by one, we feel the truth of the freeness that no matter how beautiful it is, it will disappear one day.

- Vegetarian meals
I am grateful for simple food, thinking of the hard work of countless people until a bowl of food comes to me.

- A full rest
In your room prepared for a full rest, you can put down your mind's burden and stay comfortable.
